Order Processing

At seventhgeneration, we process orders within 2-4 business days once payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of high order volume, or if we need to verify additional information about your order.

Shipping Destinations and Options

We currently ship only within the United States. All available shipping methods and their associated fees will be presented to you at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been processed, delivery generally takes between 7-15 business days. Please note these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or issues with the delivery address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order details and are clearly displayed during checkout. Any required taxes, customs duties, or additional fees will also be shown at that time.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, seventhgeneration will email tracking details to the address used for your order. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information after your package ships.
